Please report your student absent as it is very important that we keep accurate records. It also allows us to mark your student as excused.

Parents/guardians are asked to contact Village Meadows before 8:20 a.m. each morning their student is absent.

To report your student absent, there are three methods in which to do so:

• CALL: (520) 515-2990

Please make sure to include the following in your email:

1. Student's name

2. Reason for student's absence

3. Your relationship to the student

If your child is absent and you do not call the school, our staff will call you. However, calling the school will save both you and our staff time, as well as give us the assurance that your student is accounted for and safe.

Please ensure that the school has accurate and up-to-date telephone numbers. You can easily update your contact information in ParentVUE.

Change of transportation must be turned into the office by NOON in WRITING.
